About Me

Susan Porter is a nurse practitioner, who emphasizes preventive care, patient education and the management of chronic disease. She encourages her patients to be active participants in their health care decisions.  

Porter is a primary care provider and a certified diabetes educator. Prior to joining the St. Joseph Medical Group, she provided direct patient care to adults with diabetes at Johns Hopkins University Diabetes Center.
