About Me

Dr. Rapp is a board-certified internist. He has been practicing in Harford County, Maryland, since 2007. He previously practiced medicine in Western Maryland. As a primary care provider, he treats various conditions. He cares deeply for his patients and follows them closely, often contacting them personally to follow up on their condition.

Dr. Rapp attended the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He completed an internship at Allegheny General Hospital and his internal medicine residency at Allegheny University of Health Sciences in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

In his spare time, Dr. Rapp enjoys exercising, hiking near historical Civil War sites and staying current with medical literature.

Dr Rapp is patient centric, listens carefully, is good at diagnosing causes of medical problems and is very thorough as well as knowledgeable.
