About Me

Dr. Pollock is a cardiologist. He has special expertise in heart and vascular health, ensuring accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment.

Dr. Pollock stays up to date on the latest advancements in cardiology to provide cutting-edge care. His clinical interests include preventive cardiology, heart failure and cardiac imaging (echocardiography and nuclear medicine).

Dr. Pollock helps patients with preventive care, guiding them as they make lifestyle changes and recommending screenings for possible early detection of disease. He gives patients compassionate support not just for their physical health but also their emotional well-being in managing their heart conditions. He works with other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care. He has been recognized as a Baltimore magazine "Top Doctor" on multiple occasions.

Dr. Pollock serves as the Co-Chair for Heart Failure for the University of Maryland Medical System. In addition, he is the Medical Director of Cardiology Operations at UM St. Joseph, where he oversees the Heart Failure, Cardiographics, Clinical Cardiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation Service lines.

An avid runner, Dr. Pollock ran the New York City Marathon in 2022 and 2024.
