  • This doctor was one of the worst I've had. The bedside manner was terrible - she was late, didn't seem concerned about me at all, and was rushing me into making medical decisions I was uninformed about. After coming in late, she quickly wanted to get the exam over with, except I was not under the impression I would be having any exam done. Upon questioning the exam, she was rude and said I had to quickly decide what to do because she had other patients. I can understand a high patient volume, but don't overbook yourself. She didn't seem to care about any concerns I had, and she quickly wrote me a Rx and sent me on my way.

  • The provider was very rude to me when I asked her about grace periods. She raised her voice at me and we spent 10 minutes on a question that could've been answered in less than 2. I was so flustered by the way she spoke to me, I forgot to talk to her about some of my medical concerns.
