Trained in urology, Dr. Opara provides a full range of treatments for diseases and disorders of the urinary tract, including:

  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Kidney stones
  • Prostate enlargement and other conditions of the prostate
  • Urinary incontinence
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Urologic cancers (including kidney, bladder, prostate and testicular cancers)
  • Voiding dysfunctions

Dr. Opara and his team have worked together for over 30 years, providing patients and their family members with compassionate and personalized care. It is important to Dr. Opara to explain complex medical information clearly and provide unwavering support throughout patients' treatment journeys.

Dr. Opara was a clinical assistant instructor in general surgery and urology at The State University of New York at Buffalo from 1974 to 1979. He was also chief of urology at Liberty Medical Center from 1988 to 1999. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Outside of patient care, Dr. Opara is an avid music lover and a sports fan. His passion for fitness helps him relate to his patients on a personal level, especially when it comes to encouraging them to adopt healthier lifestyles.
