Dr. Maddula has a special interest in echocardiography and medical technology.

She earned her medical degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond. She served her internal medicine residency at University of Maryland Medical Center and completed a general cardiology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
