About Me

Dr. Zeno-Moreira held a faculty position in the Baltimore area since 1991.

Dr. Zeno-Moreira attended the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency and was fellowship-trained in cardiology at University District Hospital in Puerto Rico. She also completed a fellowship in clinical cardiac electrophysiology at Case Western Reserve University in Ohio.

Dr. Zeno-Moreira was named a "Top Doctor" in the specialty of Cardiac Electrophysiology by Baltimore magazine in 2018 and 2021.

  • Dr. Zeno is able to make me understand my condition and explains the treatment thoroughly. She is personable and very professional. I didn't even know I had this condition until I visited her. Now she is checking with me periodically and prescribing preventive medication.

  • Dr. Zeno always demonstrates a concern for me and provides excellent medical advice and care. She has a unique way of discussing a potential procedure needed. She describes it to me, provide me with literature and tells me to think about it. In the next appointment, we discuss it again and I ask all my questions and she gives me very good answers. Upon the third visit, she recommends that I proceed with the procedure and makes recommendations on the specialist to perform the procedure. I did not feel I was being pushed into it and was confident in the decision to proceed.
