About Me

Dr. Ethan Rogers received specialty training in breast disease and breast cancer at the Baylor University Medical Center Breast Oncology/Surgery program. At The Breast Center, he directs UM SJMC's specialty program to assist in evaluation, management, and prevention strategies for women and men at high risk for development of breast cancer, whether on the basis of genetics or other criteria.

  • Excellent all across his team. Strong unit.

  • I have high confidence in Dr Roger's capabilities to manage my cancer with compassion and skill

  • I love Dr.Rogers. He explains things well and seems to genuinely care.

  • Very clinical with little emotional connection to my fears and concerns. Description was all "medical language" not broke down into understandable layman's terms. Not great explanation of biopsy in real time or summary of completed sampling leading to misunderstanding of what was done. Didn't provide conversational space for me to process information given to ask follow up questions. Questions that I did ask felt brushed aside. Will not continue to work with this physician.

  • Super nice guy. He talked through the appointment. I felt pain during the exam and I guess I didn't say anything because I didn't want to interrupt and he didn't ask me if I had any questions. He's a nice guy though. I like him as a person.

  • Dr. Rogers, has been quite a Godsend to me in my breast cancer experience. I had been to a breast cancer doctor previously for this and there's no comparison. From the onset he gave me hope and Information and the care I needed.

  • Dr. Rogers is the best. He takes great care of his patients and is also personable and funny. That makes any medical appointment much more enjoyable.
